Received in 2004 (and commanded by official request one year later), the Citywide Incident Management System (CIMS) sets up jobs and duties and assigns specialist for City, state, other government elements, and not-for-profit and private division associations performing and supporting crisis reaction.

The CIMS Protocol is New York City's execution of the National Incident Management System (NIMS). NIMS consistence is a necessity for future bureaucratic household readiness financing for nearby governments.
