Personality traits play a pivotal role in shaping up the capability of adopting morality in culturally diversified work institutions.  

Working culture of an institution: the Working culture of an institution plays a valuable role in defining ethical behavior while working in a culturally diversified area. The working culture needs to be culturally diversified to maintain ethical behavior In workplaces. On the contrary, a culturally biased workplace does not correctly value the ethical conduct of the workplace.
