Critical value differences which affect the ethical behaviors while working in different cultures are personality traits and working culture of an institution.

Personality traits: Upbringings, education, culture, and social linkage are driving forces of ethical behavior. The learning of moral values while working in a culturally diversified area is considered to be an integrated workplace practice. Personality traits play a pivotal role in shaping up the capability of adopting morality in culturally diversified work institutions.  

Working culture of an institution: the Working culture of an institution plays a valuable role in defining ethical behavior while working in a culturally diversified area. The working culture needs to be culturally diversified to maintain ethical behavior In workplaces. On the contrary, a culturally biased workplace does not correctly value the ethical conduct of the workplace.

The value of ethical behavior in workplaces are as follows:

• Ethical behavior sets up moral principles for a workplace

• Ethical behavior emphasizes on workplace ethics to set up organizational values

• Ethical conduct integrates corporate diversity by respecting people from different socio-economic, linguistic, and cultural background.

• Ethical behavior ensures quality to workplace ethics

Critical values generally affect the proper response to restructure value principles of an organization.
