Answer is option A that is if there is absence of TATA box then transcription factor 2 D recognize promoter with TAF 1 and 2. That is tramscription activation factor 1 and 2. As the there is absence of TATA box also absence of TBP that is TATA binding protein, and TF2A and TF2F not useful, hence answer is option A.
