Indeed yes, Toyota has used the space in the sticker to take their consistent sales in the market. As other brand shares higher sticker prices than toyota ,it leads toyota to make their sales high. The low cost leadership , differentiation,focused niche, and best cost provider strategies should be from the initial stage ofbthe business but it be there in all the growth , stable and declining phases. As its very important to run the organisation. In the different phases of cycle different types of leadership is needed.
