Solution: Here is shown a mousetrap vehicle it just consists of four wheels, two axles, a mouse trap, stick (wood/iron), base (chasis) and thread.

Working:

It's working is completely just based on the fact that when the movable part of the mouse trap is pulled then by the action of the spring it tries to come back to its initial state. In this way after fixing wheels and mousetrap on the vehicle take a sufficiently long stick and join it to the movable part as shown at point C. Now on the other end of stick i.e. at D tie a thread and the other end of thread is wrapped or rolled on the axle AB so that when you roll the axle i.e. rotate it thread goes on wrapping around it and the movable part of the mousetrap goes away and away from the initial state, then when you release the axle the thread start to unroll due to action of spring and this unwrapping of thread makes the axle to rotate.
