Some of the most important lessons that I have learnt is that it is very important to maintain consistency in the data and if that is not maintained for a very long time then analysis and filtering the data becomes very difficult which results in loss of productivity and incurring additional costs as well. Also, one should emphasize on the fact that the data systems should be robust enough to handle any suspicious intrusion and should not be compromised in any case. Hence the most effective data system should be based on normalisation and industry standard.

The organisation that I work for has utilized this data system and resources in a way that it has made it as a central repository and every data is first stored in that repository and then consumed by other branches.
