I have had experience with different forms of business,,, I have worked in a service organizatione engaged in providing technical support to the big IT giants or innovative startups. The organization followed a Line organisational model in which authority flowed from top to bottom and lower level employees had very less decision making and authority over resources. The power vested mostly in hands of top executives and delegation was moderately done just to share the workload and to make lower levels more responsible.

Based on my understanding about the types of business organizations, I think the form of business model used was not appropriate for a technical service providing company as the lower level employees in such a job require a lot of initiative and creativity to perform tasks in best possible manner along with extensive supervision snd support which might not be provided by top down model. Therefore following a line hierarchy limited the capacity and potential of technical staff to use their own style, tactics and strategies for performing tasks. I think Network organizational model could have proved as the better form as this model could have provided the employees the support and guidance required to perform the task and this grow specialisation while networking and moreover could have also fostered idea generation through out the departments.

.

I have also come across a large scale organization involved in huge manufacturing of clothes which followed matrix organizational model to manage its large scale of operations. The authority and responsibility relationship was very complex but effective. The company has multiple product lines and therefore each department such as HR or marketing oversee the three different product lines.

In my opinion the form of organization followed here is best suit for the organization as the size of organization is large and since it is manufacturing industry involved in multiple product lines, matrix model can suit the best to this type. And although this model can prove complex but still the same time there is no doubt that it can efficiently manage such huge tasks and ensures that work is being performed as per the standards.

. ...

Thanks dear student...

Hope that works for you :) javeva good day and Good luck

Please do rate if satisfied :) that will be encouraging :)
