Generativity refers to culminating all the experiences and introducing a thing or process to make the existing practices better. This company is trying to make all the reports electronic thus, saving paper, time and energy of the employees by introducing a hazard free process. Generativity is one’s ability to act in a way that produces maximum benefit, output or results. It was introduced as the seventh stage in Erik Erikson's Psychosocial development.
