Increase in number of suppliers gets to increase the overall supply and a technology change can reduce the variable cost with which the supply increases and with a decrease in input prices, more per dollar production is possible which increases supply but with increase in input prices, less per dollar production is possible with which the supply decreases all in all.

Therefore A, B , C are wrong
