The procedure would be as under in sequential order :-

1. Invite the tenders from the tendering contractors which is formal request.

2. Then the tendering contractor will submit a FORM OF TENDER containing tendering contractor's bid/offer for the work requirements.

3 Then the lowest bid/offer is selected from the applications received from various tendering contractors.
