Nursing interventions for grieving client:

• Encourage and help them to accept the loss by providing the real information.
• provide reassurance and promote trust and involve yourself in active listening.
• encourage them to involve in usual spiritual practices.
• explore about previous loses in his life and help him to think how he has cope up with that situation.
• Encourage them to establish new relationships which helps to facilitate healing.
