5) Covalent bonds are formed due to the sharing of electrons between the atoms, Polar covalent bonds arise when there is unequal sharing of electrons, that is one of the participating atoms is electronegative and the other is electropositive, so electronegative atom pulls the shared pair of electrons toward itself so it holds partial negative charge and the electropositive atom will hold partial negative charge, making the bond polar.

6) The hydrogen bond is the electrostatic interaction between hydrogen atom which is covalently linked to an electronegative atom and an electronegative atom like O2, N2 which is covalently linked to an electropositive atom like hydrogen.

Hydrogen bond forms when there is polar covalent bond between an electonegative atom and hydrogen ion so that the partipating atoms have partial charges, electronegative atom has partial negative charge and H2 atom has partial positive charge. so Hydrogen atom of one molecule interacts with electronegative atom of other molecule via hydrogen bond.
