During the time of Jackson’s presidency, the United States evolved from a republic in which only landowners had the right to vote to a mass democracy, in which white men of all socioeconomic classes were enfranchised. This was the best thing that happened to the country over a few years and it is respected by one many. This is also understood that we cannot please all eveytime which is ok. Sometimes some amount of criticism is also good for one's growth. We are all humans and cannot please everyone. So it is normal to be rejected by a few.
