Project Charter on a Quality Improvement project, where, we will be working on Reducing defects for various Production components, currently company is facing various quality related issues, and we need to reduce in the production processes and components that are to be manufactured, reduction of such defects can improve the productivity level for this organization and organization can get a product will least defect and cost drainage because of Defects found in the product, that also can be eliminated, hence, here Defect Reduction for the product components and processes, could be considered as significant operational challenge,
