A popular term used to describe a computer or web interface is "user-friendly." While it is understood to be positive, it is fairly vague. Describe, in your own words and based on your own experience with a particular software interface, what makes it user-friendly. Minimum 150 words.

"User friendly" is a term that is used to represent a software which is very easy to use by the people even if they have only less knowledge in the field of computers.A software or a web interface to be user friendly some criteria are :

• Simple language must be used which is readable and understandable
• A good GUI which has every control
• Less complex architecture
• It should not need any support of a third party software
• It should be easy to remove or install in the case of a software

These are some criteria for a system to become a user friendly.

Based on my experience i have found many systems which are very user friendly some of the examples are chrome,Media players,web application interfaces like drop down menu,login pages and dash boards seems to be very user friendly.The people who are going to use the system may not be an expert so the things like drop down menu and dash board seems relevant,that is dashboard can have all the information a user need and drop down menu seems more good that there will be less complex and can drop the menus that we really want.
