Answer #1

Under Carroll’s CSR model, let me analyze various activities of Social media influencers, that could meet each of the different levels of the model, those are as stated below:

  • Here, social media Influencers will keep more emphasis on understanding the needs and expectation of target audiences, here, they can use creative thinking and bring control efforts to present the brand in most authentic way.
  • As, Carroll’s CSR Model consider four levels, those are Economic, Legal, Ethical and Philanthropic, here, Social Media Influences should bring a view on understanding current mapping and situation of the firm and how this firm is presenting themselves towards CSR, next, they should build plan or future map, that can meet the levels of model, here, social media influencers should be much knowledgeable about the products and service offerings, as with knowledge and love for the brands, they can affect the target audiences and present the brand in more effective way,
  • As first thing is business need to achieve the profitability and they need to survive in long term, here, this is economic level of CSR Model, Social media influencers could meet this level knowing about dedicated audiences and target market areas, where they can share good wills, various applicable news
  • Further the next level is legal, here, organization is maintaining compliances for governments, here, Social media influencers can keep emphasizing on activities like how organization is fulfilling various compliances and achieving various legal rights to play the role within market.
  • The next two levels are Ethical that depicts about how organization treating their employees, suppliers and customers, and Philanthropic that depicts about various giveaways to society, here, social media influencer can share various Organizational News to target audiences and Public that can present various great actions done by Firm,

Few activities could become tough for social media influencers and they may not meet specific level of the CSR Model, it can happen, when they feel unsecured and gather limited knowledge about the products, services and brand, here, in such situation, Social Media Influencers may not meet specific level of the CSR Model, the model may look like simplistic, and giving consideration of organizational profit, Social Media Influencer should gather information about the target market, demographics, Psychographics, understand specific intentions, needs and expectations of the people, so, they can send more applicable message to the community and target audiences.
