1. The two forms of chiral molecules is called enantiomers. Enantiomers of a compound are non-super impossable mirror image of each other and non-super impossability of mirror images invariably arises due to chiral and disymmetric nature of the molecules. Enantiomers have identical physical properties such as melting point ,boiling point , density etc. Enantiomers differ in their action towards plane polarised light. One rotates the plane of the plane polarised light to the left and other towards right.

Carvone is found naturally in many essential oils, but is most from seeds of caraway and from spearmint. Both the two enantiomers of carvone used in food flavor industry.The enantiomers of carvone have different interaction profile with all peptides considered.The energy and the dipole moment is different for the two enantiomers. Also, the enantiomers of carvone have different smells,

Limonene is a chiral molecule. In the case of Limonene, one enantiomeric form of Limonene is smells like orange ,while the other is like Lemon.slightly different ,dipole moment between the two enantiomers.

2. S Carvone because, it has mint smell.

The two compounds have the same appearance. However Enantiomers have opposite optical rotations. carvone's chiral center has three carbons attached to it, and they all have the same atomic number.The centre of chiral is connected to H,C,C,C. H has the lowest priority.
