Is it possible for two spheres with same mass to have different moments of inertia? If yes, when they rolled down an inclined plane with the same initial velocity, which one will reach the bottom first? Explain.

Yes, it is possible for spheres with the same mass to have different moments of inertia. This can be observed in case of the difference in density and distribution of material in the sphere.example: a hollow sphere has different moment of inertia than a solid sphere having same dimensions and mass.

The one with less moment of inertia will have more velocity compared to the one with more moment of inertia hence the one with less moment if inertia will reach the bottom first.
