• . Although weight loss was not the primary goal of the program, the achievement of one's natural weight was viewed to be a favorable secondary outcome. The participants of the TWC also developed the habit of restrained eating.
• Within the larger goal of the experiments that is to encourage secure, attuned and healthy eating with a single variable (restrained eating) into consideration yielded different outcomes.
