Strategic thinking can employ various principles like Vision, Values and Mission, those are described as mentioned below:

Vision : Every Organization use to keep Vision statement as they want to target for achieving various business, project, program and portfolio objective long term basis, they want to focus on various aspirations and improvements over time, thus, vision Statement for any organization takes highly important role, which bring more faith in customers, Employee and others Organizational stakeholder and stakeholder Group, for Example, Vision statement for British Broadcasting company include bringing more creativeness in their organization across the globe,

Mission: with the help of mission statement, organization can focus on what they need to achieve, which will help them to fulfill various visional requirement of that organization, both vision and mission statement must be connected and aligned to each other, again, every organization has different vision and mission, which can bring more successful business, for example Mission statement for the Google is organizing various information and make them accessible and useful to any person in need globally,

Values:

Values or Value Statement for any organization include various code of ethics, which is separated from both the mission and vision statement, the value statement can define that how people will be behaving within the company and for the company, what each organization trust in, with value imposition, organization can bring better networking among various stakeholders like Customers, Employee, Sup0pliers, and others stakeholders, it can further provide ethical and moral direction for the organization, which will help them for any decision making process and establish standards for further improvement, thus, Organizational people maintain value and doesn’t violate the same,

Person’s leadership style can be including from Laissez – Faire approach to autocratic approach, Democratic approach, servant leadership and Transformational leadership and charismatic Leadership, Transactional leadership. All the values, Vision and mission statement for an organization can impact the person’s leadership style, as values help people to behave in a particular manner, which can bring more ethical contributions to the company, thus, organizational value affect the person’s leadership style, again, poor value imposition or if the organization has no specific value statement, them, person leadership style could be affected like spreading values positively can bring democratic value within the organization, thus, person leadership style goes with democratic contribution, again, organizational mission statement focus on the nearer goal, and how such will achieve the visional statement, as person’s leadership style will focus on the mission statement for achieving various target of the project and portfolio, business, thus, the leader always need to consider the mission statement which will further help them aware on various perspective of organization and how various strategy can be implemented to achieve organizational objective, again visional statement can impact Person’s leadership style many way, like leaders become more conscious on long term projection and goal, aspirations, they build good knowledge on it, just applying the leadership style can’t be enough without having proper knowledge on vision statement of the organization, again, leaders get influenced by the vision statement of organization, for example that laissez faire approach working on hand off concept, which hand over the task fully to employees, as organization believe them they are able to take decision and perform confidently, which also concern for every employee are aware on vision statement, they can focus on various task considering the same, and leaders such approach goes with spreading the visional requirement to all the employee,
