They continue to come up with new patterns that are unique and that is something that sets them apart fromother companies. I believe that their core competencies range from the products designs to the management of various processes. One of their main competencies is their patterns that they use. The designs are unique andone of a kind which makes it hard for other companies to copy their patterns. H&R Block is associated with their large variety of bags and accessories which are available in many styles and in almost all of their patterns. They are best known for their production of new patterns and colors which makes customers excited for the next product to be released. H&R Block distinctive competency is that it is a unique business organization. They are able to produce unique and valuable products all while integrating a unique plan into their daily functions. The uniqueness of H&R Block is what differentiates its competency from other key players in the industry.
