(3) The given proverb ''Failing to plan is planning to fail '' which is a classic saying that can be followed by every business organization. It highlights the importance and effectivity of the planning before jumping into action-oriented activities along with how the things will be ruined if one can starts activities directly without proper and efficient planning. This can be better understood by an example mentioned below:

Suppose you and your friends are thinking to go out a trip. One fine weekend all of a sudden without any planning anything went on the trip. In the middle of the journey, you thought to capture the picturesque landscapes, you tried to grab the camera from the bag then you realized that the camera had left in your home itself. Finally, after the weekend, you returned home and came to know the trip comes out to be more expensive and a total of $2500 was spent on the trip from the pocket money. This example best suits for the said proverb. If he had planned it properly before leaving the trip, he may not forget his camera, and trip completes within the planned budget and they will enjoy the most.

(4) Let us consider the product of Shampoo for enumerating this case. From the sales record of the supermarket, it comes to know that an average of 1000 bottles of shampoos is sold by the supermarket. In order to effectively monitor and control the display of the shampoo formulation of a proper plan is necessary. What is going to be measured and how it is measured to be properly mentioned in objectives and goals. As we are measuring the display of bottles of shampoo, the change will be compared with existing average sales record per week. In order to check the changes brought by the display, the plan of the display was implemented. The shampoo bottles were arranged in a display by brand-wise inturn with the type of shampoo like anti-dandruff, normal hair shampoo, dry hair shampoo, volumizing shampoo etc., in separate racks. The adjacent racks of the display also filled with different brands with the corresponding shampoo types in the same row. for eg column one is of head and shoulder brand and row 1 is kept with dry hair shampoo similarly in column two with Pantene and again in row 1 with dry hair shampoo of Pantene. Different brands and different types are displayed in a similar manner. After a week sales record was analysed and of a surprise, it has become one and a half times. Displaying in an orderly manner will result in the ease of searching across different brands and various types as suits to them eventually result in an increase in sales. Thus proper planning has helped in this case.
