Answer #1

The gilettes current campaign targeted men showing toxic masculinity . However it shows the stereotypical behavior of men which shows them as evil or toxic in the society and all the bad things are influenced by men like bullying, cat calling , picture from me too movement etc. However this is not case as there are good men in the society . It reflects many false suppositions that men are the wilder sex and most men are harassers or violent thugs. However, if you believe that if such an ad can cause discomfort to the men then and they feel that their masculinity is being threatened by doing good then I believe that we are looking on the wrong side.

Any controversial subject is bound to raise eye brows in the social media, conversations and the subject becomes viral. In such a case statistics show that 51% of the women showed positive reaction and expressed joy on the subject. However, 28% showed disgust towards the ad and the remaining were sad. This shows that the majority of the women have supported the case that the company has tried to make. For the company in itself which is considered to be a male dominated product has a lot of young women who use it . Also razors made of women are more expensive . All in all although the ad might have created a controversy among the men it has a definite positive impact on the marketing of its product to women.

While companies that operate multiple business units or multiple product lines have always had the option of employing a master brand strategy...
