American Diabetes association is voluntary health organization in America that aim is to prevent and cure diabetes in all age groups. This organization help the Americans to live the life freely and happy without being affected from the diabetes. This organization bring many benefits to the people. This organization teach people how one can be free from getting the risk of diabetes. All age groups have equal chances of getting diabetes because each age group have their own risk factors for causing diabetes in them. They guide " the diet " to be follow , physical activity to do , mental fitness and other daily activities to be perform by the individual to be free from diabetes. These all are the benefits of this organization. But following all these guidelines, some individuals do not exactly follow them. They sometimes miss the precautionary steps to follow while following their guidelines. For example, the type of exercise that a preganant women do to avoid the risk of diabetes is different from.the childeren who is suffering from diabetes. Therefore, it could lead to some problems after following their guidelines.
