typhoidal and non-typhoidal Salmonella differ in terms of human immune response because non-typhodal salmonella cause important foodborne pathogens that cause gastroenteritis, bacteremia, and subsequent focal infection in immunocompromised patients. but the typhodal salmonella(enterica) highly adapted to the human host that is used as their exclusive reservoir. These specialist pathogens, collectively referred to as typhoidal Salmonella serovars, are the causative agents of enteric fever in non immunocompromised person genrally.

a) Immunocompetence is the ability of the body to produce a normal immune response following exposure to an antigen. Immunocompromised person is that which have lost/weak the ability to defent its body by using immune response against an antigen,

and again nontyphoidal works on the immunocompromised person.

b) non typhodal salmonella is more complicated because it affect the immunocompromised person which already have lost his immune ability to defend against these antigens.
