Ans- User needs is all about different requirements of a user that helps in summing values in service or product. Some examples of user needs are: comfort, accessibility, stability, efficiency, compatibility, availability etc.

Process of defining user needs are as follows:

• Define the users

• Identify user goals

• Set usability objectives

• Identify design constraints

• Define functional specifications

There are some problems encountered while user needs analysis, which are as follows:

• Different types of consumers have different attitude and their psychological characters are also different.

• Status symbols are also different of different users.

• Some users perform multiple functions.

So, we can say no single model can be fit, which can fulfill all the user needs at the same time.
