It is an organisation which helps small firms in US to start build and grow business. They also help in providing wealth assistance by finding lenders which can help in arranging loans for them. They don't directly lend it to the entrepreneurs instead they set the guidelines with the lenders and provide risk free loans so that the entrepreneurs can access capital for establishing their businesses.

Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs)
