How does the rhetorical situation (subject,readers, purpose, and context of use), as well as format, style and organization impact communication?

   As we all know that the rhetorical means that the words spoken by any person should influence people and motivate people in such a way that the people who have listened to him may get into a good way. In order to motivate people, we should have a very clear knowledge of the respective subject.

   As the subject experts are increasing then the readers also will be increased. We have to mention the purpose very clearly so that the listeners and readers continue their reading and listening further.

   The speaker should start the topic with purpose and the context of usage. Then the listeners will go further. Suppose an author is writing something book called " Motivate Motivation". Some good readers will know the concept by reading the title of the book. But some other readers will know by seeing the first and last pages of that book. The author who is writing this book should insert formatted text and should add a few styles according to the situations. If the first person is speaking then he should use quotation marks and within it, he needs to use an italic font style. If the narrator is saying the story then the author needs to use another font style like Algerian etc. In this way, all the above contexts may impact communication or reading.
