Uber is fast growing Cab Company and of the word’s valuable companies as well. In fact, it is a biggest cab company which operates without even owning a single cab. Uber’s CEO in a recent interview had even stated that they are almost doubling up in the past few months. Moreover, Uber is a very young company, making it more fascinating to analyze.

Opportunities of Uber:

1. Performance: Most of the customers lost interest with the usual cab services which creates lot of hassles to the people. This had turned as a great opportunity for Uber. Uber can improve their services by offering its services based on their accountability and also their performance. This can be achieved by keep tracking the performance of the drivers.
2. Digitalization and expansion: Uber can digitalize its services, for ex pretty recently they had made their logos digitally connected beacons which glows during night. This helps the passengers to identify the cab pretty easily than usual. Uber can increase its services to those unavailable countries like Denmark and China.
3. Driverless Technology and emergency services: Uber have a great potential to enter into the future world where driverless technology would available in a large volume. They can also consider providing special transportation services like ambulances or other emergency vehicles.
