Suppose you are working for an IS consulting firm. How can you convince your client that the information system should be able to support value co-creation with lead users? What technical features are critical for achieving this purpose?
(long answer please)
Co-creation means creating together or co-creates.
We could convince our client about the information system that should be able to support value co-creation by stating or mentioning that
- values which clients are obtaining or availing through co-creation will lead to enhancement in their satisfaction.
- The client can enhance their satisfaction and encourage repetition of purchase even in case of service failure.
Also, clients will be allotted to a different position such as co-producer, co- distributor, co- innovators.
For this, clients must be supporting participators.
They must be proposing service architecture. They should have the capability of creating platforms for interactions.
Following are the features which will lead to achieving this purpose.
- models of five steps which are required for converting clients into Co-creators.
- the measure of skills, awareness and also client engagement.
- a quantitative tool which can be used in understanding and gaining insights.
