Though Sally is not wrong in her claim ( she has never handled a listing) the claim projects her as a very good salesperson, which she is not. Even if her claim about herself is misleading, she has not violated the code of ethics as long as the claims about record high property values in the area are true. The customers are more interested about the facts and figures and make their decisions on basis of the genuineness of facts, not on the sales quality of person selling to them. However, it does not put Bob, the broker in good light in view of customers.
