Answer #1

Answer

a) Mulberry

Stock concentration: 25ug / ul

Working Concentration in low treatment: 100ug/4 ul ( because you have taken 4 ul from stock that results in 25 X 4 = 100 ug.

Working Concentration in medium treatment: 500 ug /20 ul ( because you have taken 20 ul from stock that results in 25 X 20 = 500 ug.

Working Concentration in high treatment: 1000 ug / 40 ul ( because you have taken 40 ul from stock that results in 25 X 40 = 1000ug.

b) Grapeseed

Stock Concentration: 33 ug /ul

Working concentration in low treatment: 115.5 ug /3.5 ul ( because you have taken 3.5 ul from stock that results in 33 X 3.5 = 115.5 ug.

Working concentration in medium treatment: 594 ug/ 18 ul ( because you have taken 18 ul from stock that results in 33 X 18 = 594 ug.

Working concentration in high treatment: 1188 ug /36 ul ( because you have taken 36 ul from stock that results in 33 X 36 = 1188 ug.
