Out of all the methods in conducting job analysis, which ones do you believe are the most effective and why? How do job analysis and job evaluations support pay decisions?

According to me, direct observation method is the most efficient method for conducting job analysis because in this method, a complete check on the employee behaviour is done by the employee himself.In this method, each and every activity of employee is being examined minutely so that improvements can be made at regular time periods.

Job analysis and evaluation suoport pay decisions because it helps to find out the money which should be paid to employee according to his performance for the organization.Thus these methods are very much helpful in pay decisions.
