Starbucks Is one of the biggest coffee chains in the world and it is world leader in coffee making. As Starbucks is spread worldwide and they operate the stores in each and every major country in the world, economically Starbucks is very strong.

Demographic

Demographically starbucks is one of the biggest ethical service change in this world and provides quality and serviceability in their stores.

Strategy

Starbucks means strategy contains provision of premium coffee and providing innovative brews to the coffee lovers. By opening multiple stores in each and every country starbucks is focusing on the upper higher class society and creating grid revenues out of it.

Socio-Cultural

Starbucks has become status symbol against the youth as well as the upper class families who prefer to show their status in the society. By pressing the coffee a little bit higher than the usual and using advanced and more complicated machines for creating coffee, creating a positive social cultural environment for its stores.

Technological

Starbucks uses state of the art technology in its growing machines as well as using advanced technologies in its management systems. Supply management also depends on advanced technology and data management systems.


Political/Legal

Why having a strict code of conduct starbucks has successfully integrated itself into multiple countries and as for the political as well as legal terms. By having a dedicated team for creation of legal terms as well as the political terms starbucks is conquering overall criticism and competition in a better way.
