Yes, for any time and for existence of living creature, value of the five forces should be kept unchanged, as organizational CSR initiatives tend to bring sustainable culture, it can be driven by effective communication practices, branding and promoting needy people with having talent that could be another initiatives which will drive greater CSR or corporate social responsibilities, organization need to think and work on environmental sustainability and they need to do plantation and maintain the same over time, they need to use renewable sources of energy, here, with such thing, organizational CSR will be driven by five forces irrespective of time, further, such CSR initiatives can be modernized and digitally controlled, CSR initiatives will also be reshaped with including technologies like AI, Machine learning, It will bring strong changes in the initiatives and create more friendly approach for the help of society people,
