1) Relationship between the average temperature and the movement and thickness of glaciers,

The more the temperature the more will be the movement but less thick will be the glacier. This is because at more temperature glacier melts, so as melting is more the movement will also be more. About thickness, the more at higher average temperature glaciers can't be thicker.

At lesser temperature the thickness is more and movement is less. As at less/low temperature more glacier forms so the thickness becomes more.

2) Relationship between the amount of snowfall and the movement and thickness of glaciers,

The more the snowfall the more the thickness and the more the movement. Because more deposition of snow will lead to form more glaciers and the more the glacier amount the more the load, hence the more the movement.

At low snowfall condition, the thickness and movement will be less.
