The Global Seven Years war was faught between Britain and France between 1754-1763.This was the main bond of contemption between Britain and France which led to American Revolution.
Why this war started:-
There were many allies which were involved but the main parties were the Britain and France. This conflict usually takes place at Europe where sometimes Britain tried to dominate and sometimes France. Actually these economies were trying to make colonies around the world for example in India, America and Europe. Britain as well as France both wanted to bring maximum colonies under their control because of their higher earning motives. So, conflict starts from North America in which some part of it comes under Britain and some part comes under France.
In that time, in North America plantation of tobacco was higher which encourages Britain to aquire more area for more production of tobacco in order to make money and same intention goes with the France. The settlement between gave rise to the Ohio river valley which produces the maximum amount of tobacco. In order to acquire these areas both Britain and France were doing continuous efforts and both tried to make more allies.
French allied with Huron and Britain allied with Iroquosis which were both native Americans. As a result, war started between the two parties. British navy was much more stronger than France in which many of the French allies started conquered. Britain navy defeated French at Pondicherry, India (1760) and aquires pondicherry. As a result, war ended with Treaty of Paris 1763. Under this Treaty, all American colonies came under the control of British.
What happened after it :-
Colonist wanted to expand westward to increase land but Britain prohibited them to move westward which upset mant colonists.
Finally, war cause heavy loss and Britain start recovering those losses by imposing the new taxes on American colonies which cause discontent among them which leads to American Revolution.
