Solution:

Blue Apron is in the business of providing fresh meat to the end consumers directly. To do this Blue Apron would need access to a strong supplier network from whom they will source the fresh meat as per the orders. They also need to have a specialized delivery system in the hyper-local market handling the delivery of their fresh meat orders within the city. Finally, they need an interface where the customers will be able to browse the products, variants and then finally purchase the product. This will include software services, customer support services, customer experience, and other essential services. These are the essential services that are required by the firm to operate its business.

Blue Apron is providing value to the customer by bringing fresh meat to your doorstep. This adds convenience to the lives of people who may not have to go out to shop for meat every time. They can get fresh meat at their doorstep with excellent quality fresh meat. Thus, customers are getting the value of convenience, shopping variety from home and excellent service.

The user experience of Blue Apron should be excellent for them to succeed as a company because fresh meat is a product if delivered properly and catered to customers attentively then there are chances that customers will become your loyal customers. But a bad service will result in a bad reputation and given the nature of the product we are dealing with a bad reputation would be a big loss for the business.

The firm's marketing strategy is based on communicating the value Blue Apron delivers to the consumers directly. The marketing involves various campaigns that are aimed at how convenient it is now to have fresh and quality meat available at your doorstep in minutes. The marketing is focused on the quality of the fresh meat and the convenience it adds to the lives of their customers.
