Human interaction with customers is more important since the advent of the internet, as the internet and digital tools can enhance customer experience but certainly can’t replace people. And the retailers who understand this do many activities to contact with their customers, such as:

  • Asking them to share their feedback about their experience or purchase.
  • Share product unboxing video on social media and get some discounts
  • Rate their experience
  • Some retailers even call their customers from a database
