Answer #1

Comfort is a subjective term, what is comfort for me, might not be for someone else hence ranking will also be subjective. Anyways according to me how your manager treats you is most important followed by kind of responsibilities assigned to me, then working from home instead going to office on daily basis then last would be working in my countries hours and not US timings as I would like to enjoy my evenings with my family and friends.
