  • Quality Management:Quality of the website should be good so that competitors will not give the tough competition

  • Change Management:Technology is growing fast so if we will not grab the fast technology the market will forget us very easily so one team should be for grabbing the change management throughout the world

  • Risk Management:What risks are involved in making website do some analysis in find out the bottlenecks

  • Issue Management:legal or Non Legal issues should be handled very carefully to avoid any kind of penalty

  • Procurement Management:Procurement should be very strategic so that resource management will be good

  • Acceptance Management:New innovations and new product development department should be well equipt to tackle the new acceptances.

  • Communications Management:How the communication will take place like when how and by what communication will happen

  • Phase Review:There should be monthly phase review and targets should discuss
