The employees of Claudio Inc. were on strike for 30 days and that led to huge losses for the business. Owing to loss of business and wages, both parties wanted to settle the dispute but were unable to negotiate successfully. Which method of dispute settlement is best suited to them? Why?

I will suggest for mediation. It is a voluntary arrangement of an individual, people or any third party thrusted to settle the disputes. A mediator will listen concerns of both the parties and then arrives a common settlement point where parties feel mutually beneficial outcomes. Generally, mediator has no binding authority. if ,parties wish then they go for arbitration or even to the adjudication / lawsuits.
