The tools that would enable one to facilitate motivation includes setting goals and objectives and creating a sense of self awareness on to what extent the goals would be realistic. It is necessary that one should reward oneself with something such as a meal, only when a part of the objectives which are fixed is completed. This is highly effective in being motivated for long study sessions. In order to recharge one's motivation, it is necessary to correct oneself at introspect one's behavior and how it can be improved or how changes can be made. Make expectations clear and identify the next step beforehand. This will ensure improvement in oneso performance as it boosts self esteem and helps one identify their strengths and shortcomings and work towards it's management.
