Answer #1

Solution:

10 µg = 0.01 mg

1000 µg = 1 mg

10,000 µg = 10 mg

Given: 10 µg/ml concentration

Now multiply and divide by 1000, so that 10 µg becomes 10 mg.

10 µg / 1 ml * 1000/1000 = 10,000 µg / 1000 ml

Answer: 1000 ml volume of blood plasma in mL was “cleared” during this amount of time.
