Using kinematic equation,

S = ut + 0.5 at^2

-0.96 = (28 sin(62))t - 0.5 x 9.8 x t^2

4.9 t^2 - 24.72t - 0.96 = 0

Time, t = 5.983 sec

Distance, d = 28 cos(62) x 5.083 = 66.82 m

B)

V = (110 - 66.82)/5.083 = 8.50 m/s
