The Windows program resmon allows you to see what tasks are currently accessing the disk. Describe how to use resmon’s overview tab to show your computer’s current tasks in order of highest to lowest network activity (total activity in bytes/sec), and also take a screenshot of resmon running on your computer displaying this information.

to open the Resource Monitor is to type resmon.exe into the StartMenu search box and press Enter. Or, you could open the Start Menu and go to "All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Resource Monitor

Select Network tab

Click on total tab to sort from high to low

where we can see the PID and sending bytes and receiving bytes for each activity
