To protect U.S solar Manufacturing,limits have been imposed on imports

This is the recent decision taken by the us govt to safeguard the domestic makers of of solar equipments from unfairly priced imports especially from china .Those include limiting imports of solar components from other countries by increasing a tariff of 10% to 35%.

OBJECTIVE:To safeguard the domestic business

U.S achieved this as the countries because of high tariff reduced their imports of solar components wherein the originated U.S ompanies encouraged the solar industries in their home country

According to ITAR(INTENATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULTIONS) and EAR(EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS)------ A Non U.S country cannot reexport the U.S originated products or technology to other countries without its name and copyright.Penalised if found violating the export laws.Thus safeguarding the homecountry's business pride.
