The dew point in atmosphere related to the temperature gives the deep and clear information about the humidity. Hazardous situations like snowfall or deep fog may occur if the dew point is very low and closes to the temperature.

Cloud cover is correlated with relative humidity. They are either positively or negatively correlated to each other. At saturation in cloud cover relative humidity is hundred percent.
