About the case: Gretchen Carlson who was a former anchor filed a lawsuit against Fox news channels Chief named Roger Ailes. It has been found that, the Bill O’Reilly had paid five women millions to keep allegations of sexual harassment in the dark. When this disclosed during April 2016 the business had following impact:

• Taking shortcuts / shoddy work costs
• $90 million to settle Shareholder claim
• 43% reduction in goodwill
• 28% Employee turnover especially female employee
• 22% reduction in shareholder investments
• 18% fall in stock price
• Complete change in work environment

When the case hit the public ears, the 21^st Century Fox was forced to make $90 million settlement to Shareholder for hiding such case. Further, the company faced a heavy downfall in the goodwill and reduction in shareholder investment of the company by 28%. Also, the stock price abruptly fell below 18% on the very same day. Having a reduction in investment the company also faced a reduction in employees and employer especially knowing the work environment. It was found that in the very same year the company faced 28% employee turn over.

With very less invested money and limited employees, the productivity and many service line of the 21^st Century were severely hit. The company is still in ramification and in the process of changing the work environment with its limited resources.
