Answer #1

Answer- Yes, public understands the importance of NCAA Governance Structure as basically it consists of the volunteers who are driving each division in a healthy way. The committees are formed & they are taking care of multiple topics related to health & safety, sports rules & regulations, various championship across nation etc. So basically NCAA is taking care of all the divisions & the topics related to public. There are total 3 divisions & among which various topics were divided.

This structure will give the benefits to the general public in terms of solving their issues & then providing the right solution. Every individual will be benefitted with this & nation will be built in a stronger way.

There are few rules which needs to look upon while going with Autonomy Legislation. By this, Athletes will not be benefitted as athletes will not be get monetary benefits & thus no effect on lawsuits. College sports will not be benefitted by this. Bigger schools will be more powerful & thus giving benefits to the players.
